Elliott Properties, Inc. has also been licensed in the state of Texas as a corporate real estate broker since 1993 (Texas Real Estate License Number 453168-BB).

 

Our primary objective is to provide the best possible commercial real estate asset management, brokerage and development consulting services to a select group of clients that own strategically located commercial properties throughout Central Texas.

 

The clients that Elliott Properties provides asset management and other real estate related services to invest primarily in land located at major intersections along both U.S. Interstate and State of Texas highways for which the ultimate highest and best use will be convenience oriented retail, general commercial and mixed use development.
